Central 6 Exchange (Junior Students)

The Central 6 Exchange is a sports exchange between Taradale High School, Havelock North High School, Tawa College (Wellington), Freyberg High School (Palmertson North), Whanganui High School and Kapiti College (Paraparaumu).

This exchange ocurs twice a year with term three exchange being winter sport focused and second exchange in term four for summer codes. This exchnage focuses on allowing junior students to experinece competition outside of their normal region leagues, get a sense of participating in a tournament enviroment and particpate as juniors before senior school. 

Central 6 1st XV Rugby Exchange

This exchange is between Taradale High School, Havelock North High School, Kapiti College, Feilding High School, Freyberg High School and Wanganui High School. Of recent, this exchange has been hosted by Whanganui High School in Whanganui with now a permanet posistion in our sproting calendar of tournament week. 

Freyberg Winter Exchange (THS First Teams)

This exchange is held during Term 2 in late June and is between Taradale and Freyberg High School. The exhcange is for our Senior A teams in the following codes: Basketball, Rugby, Netball, Hockey, Football and Canoe Polo.  This exchange is shared year to year of host school. 

Freyberg High School currently holds the annual sheild of exchange winning it in 2017.
